## Return Policy

- We accept returns for unopened items only.
- Customers are responsible for return and handling fees.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will process a return when we receive the returned items.

- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Returned within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the items.

### Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

### Non-Returnable Items

- Food-grade items, including honey sachets and honey jars, are not returnable if the seals have been broken or the products have been opened[2].
